Winter Advisors uses a six-step approach to successfully provide a Financing Solution. Based on their own Stage Execution Model™ Methodology, the six steps are as follows:

  • Business Analysis
    The basic facts of the business are analyzed relative to products, customers, market, and financing requirements.

  • Strategy Review
    A review is conducted relative to current business stage, current financial performance, financial projections, sales pipeline, go to market plan, product roadmap, intellectual property, sustaining vs. disruptive technology, and customer validation.

  • Financing Options
    Based on the results of steps 1 and 2, a series of options are presented as to the best path for financing a business.

  • Financing Preparation
    During this phase the appropriate business plan, executive summary, capitalization table, financial projections, and legal support are defined. These documents can be built by the management team or by WCG.

  • Financing
    During this phase investor meetings and introductions are set-up, investor feedback is assessed, and potential financing terms are negotiated.

  • Post-Financing
    WCG works closely with the management team to understand their roles, to effectively work with the Board of Directors, and to proactively manage investor expectations.
