This first phase gives us a perspective on the present health of the business. By determining the scenarios that are likely to occur if nothing is changed, we can better define the key areas that need focus to achieve desired results. After conducting its research, Winter Advisors provides a written evaluation highlighting where the business is and where it is likely headed. This step provides critical inputs into later stages of the methodology.


Business Well Being: During this phase Winter Advisors assesses:
